At Accessory Export, we ship most of our cell phone accessories via USPS or UPS. Once we have processed and shipped your order, you will receive an email containing your USPS Delivery Confirmation number or a UPS tracking number. Please note that USPS delivery confirmation is for delivery confirmation purposes only and often does not provide tracking capabilities. If your delivery confirmation shows that it was delivered and you have not seen it with your normal mail, we do suggest checking with other members of your household or business who may have checked the mail box, or checking with neighbors sometimes your delivery person may have left your package with them.
